Pictured below is the March photo submitted by Alun James. Another dredger but a different type to the February one. The wind turbine bases on the nearby Robin Rigg windfarm were suffering from the effects of strong tidal currents scouring away the sand around the base's which if left unchecked could lead to the turbines falling over. This dredger, "HAM 602" was dropping piles of rocks around the bases to protect them. Luckily for the local enthusiast's it required some repair's and had to visit the port of Workington to carry out the work.
